Our beginnings
It all began in 2011, when Kais Khadhraoui, Fulfillment Bridge’s founder, and his business partner started their first eCommerce business, fulfilling products that mainly consisted of mobile and travel accessories.
Their business started to grow from a base in Hong Kong – operating close to their supply across the border in Mainland China. Yet on closer scrutiny, it becomes apparent that they are losing control of their eCommerce order fulfillment.

Here is exactly what happened …
In the beginning, Kais and his partner maintained their inventory at home. When they received an order online, they packaged the products themselves. They manually brought the items for shipment to the nearest Hong Kong Post office, where they waited in line with packages in tow to ship out to their customers around the world.
Sales jumped from a few dozen a day to hundreds a day.
The wasted time of manual label printing, packaging, and lingering in lines at the Post Office soon became untenable, not to mention keeping track of everything via spreadsheets.
The beginning of a New Journey
At this point, Kais envisioned what might be possibly the best way to address almost all eCommerce problems they were facing including shipping, dealing with providers in different time zones, struggling with international regulations, and more – an Inclusive Fulfillment System.
He’d become a bridge between sellers and providers. Just then, Fulfillment Bridge was born. Today, we’re proud to empower online businesses worldwide and enable them to access a tech-solution that facilitates order fulfillment management and helps them grow.
