At Fulfillmentbridge, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will offer a refund; the amount paid minus the shipping cost.

However, in order to be eligible for a refund, the following guidelines must be met:

– You must return the product to us within 15 days of placing your order. If you have not returned an item within this time frame, we will consider it a final sale and cannot offer a refund.

– The item(s) being returned must be in new condition – worn or used items, missing packaging, or tags may receive a lower refund amount at the discretion of our Customer Service Team. If the product is damaged in any way, we will not be able to offer a refund.

– All returns must be shipped back to us with their original invoice/packing slip, the order number, or email confirmation that you received from our customer service. The item(s) should also have all the tags attached. If any of these are missing, it may delay your return being processed which will lead to a lower refund amount being issued.

– Once shipped back to Fulfillmentbridge, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and issuing a refund through your original payment method (Credit card or Paypal).

– If you paid by credit card, your refund will be made in the same manner with which you paid us (credit card). However, if you paid via Paypal or Amazon Payments then we will wait until funds are cleared before issuing any refunds.

All requests for refunds must be made by email or phone and we require that you provide your Buyer ID; full name; invoice number, where available; and original order number, which you can obtain from your account’s “Orders” page. 

We may deny a refund request if we suspect fraud (e.g., we suspect that any of the products have been used), we cannot identify you as the purchaser at the time of the refund request – please note that this is necessary because it allows us to verify your identity during future purchases so that you do not receive additional refunds based on further fraudulent orders.

Fulfillment Bridge support team will send an email to the customer to confirm any refund request and the amount, if it has been approved and processed, within ten business days of having received such a request. If we do not hear from you within 10 working days, we may treat your refund request as abandoned and we will not process it further.

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team 14 days after delivery (depending on the availability of stock) via email (add email here) so we can process your request. Please note all prices are fixed at the sale period ONLY. Once your return is processed you will be refunded the original price the item was purchased for minus shipping costs.

Fulfillment Bridge reserves its right to change this Policy at any time without prior notice. If there are significant changes made to this Policy, Fulfillmentbridge will post a notice on its site prior to the changes taking effect.
